| Did she try to squeeze in because she thought he wasn't turning so wide or was she sitting there and he just didn't see her?
I had the same thing happen to me when I was 16. I was turning right, the semi was in the left lane with no signal on. We took off at the same time from the stop and he turned right right into me. It was a livestock truck and my mirror got caught in the grating and he dragged me about 300 feet before I finally popped off. When we stopped, he went out and jiggled the wires in the back of the truck and then he told the cop that he had his right turn signal on. He didn't. The fact that he knew to jiggle them before the cop got there told me he knew the signal wasn't working. I was 16 and didn't stick up for myself though so my car took all the damage and I got stuck paying for it. Sucked. |
Oh my, that is terrible, Jill... at least you weren't hurt, but I can imagine you were scared to death. Shame on that trucker for jiggling 
I don't know if she tried to squeeze by or if he didn't use his signal (or both), as it happend JUST before I came around the curve. It was all I could do to get to my phone to take the pic as I drove by... but I could tell she wasn't hurt by the way she was pacing outside of the car, talking to someone on her cell phone. |

| I was going to post this picture under the pictures section, but I thought it went well with the topic here. I did post a few pics over in the picture sectioon, though, and added some to my gallery. I even took one of the spiderman shoes, lol |
