| The land is being developed, and I believe the street is being widened. They are putting in retail big box stores.

| You got right Dwan, We already have a new BIG super Wal-mart less than 1/2 mile up the road. Accross the street and down some a Big Lowes and Strip mall is going in. The Lowes is so big. There will be many new stores and applebees and a large petsmart next year. They are putting a turning in to help the over load of traffic. Now we have been approched by a developer to sell this land and they want to put up a motel. We have 3 ackers of good land. If the offer is good we will sell. The traffic has gotten so bad I can hardley stand it.
We just put on a new roof a complete tear off and new sheet boards. Also new gutters. So there goes 10 grand. They will bulldose the house |
