Sheepdog population explosion in Boulder, there taking over |
Woohoo, I guess we know a lot of smart people live in Boulder! |
That's very cool. Every once in a while we see OES around here but not too often. I was in my vet's office once and they were chatting about never seeing an OES there, and of course I didn't have either of them with me at the time. Today in our yard I got stopped four times in a row by passing cars wanted to ask about the dogs. |
Wish mine were still there You are so very lucky Val. If Boulder runs dry of Sheepies, I can point you to 3-4 just up the road in longmont. |
That's so cool. I've never met another one here at random. You've got LOTS of playdate opportunities. |
none in my town |
thats awesome val.....who knew youd be in such great company???? Youre surrounded by sheepies...what a place!! |
That's great Val. Boulder seems like a great place for sheepies.
Sadie is the only one in this area and she attracks lots (!!) of attention everywhere we go. If there are any others in Arkansas, I sure would like to know about them. |
Barkley goes to daycare two times a week. Last week there was practically a mini sheepiepalooza at his daycare. There were three of them there in the same day....George, Barkley and a new sheepie named Chloe. We keep asking Barkley if he has a new girlfriend....he get's pretty sheepish and won't answer. Ohhh, we need pictures. Barkley and a girlfriend!
There are none near me. In Mankato there are a few, but we never see them! I have a couple groomer friends who have them as clients. They don't get out otherwise with their dogs -- too bad. Thankfully daughter LeAnne has Clay, so Chewie gets some playtime with another sheepie. Otherwise, he has to wait until we go to shows, or Sheepiepalooza! |
