Lost more weight
I finally got on the scale yesterday (I HATE SCALES) and saw that I have lost 6 lbs since last month. Woo hoo! Only 3 more lbs to go and I am at the perfect weight for me.... according to dear old Doc. 
I have lost a total 19 lbs in the past year and another 10lbs the year before (with a few ups and downs in between

Well done Elissa, wish I could say the same for myself.  Winter and comfort food, red wine goes well together. 
Go girl go. Slow regular weight loss is the way then you don't pack it on as quick if you have a naughty day. CHOCOLATE Drool. 
My diet starts now, sun is shining and time to stop stuffing the mouth with pies, roasts, heck all the yummy winter stuff.

Stacey, it does feel good to see that that is what the scale says, but I still seem thick around the middle. I guess that is just the after effect of having 2 kids. The same weight looks totally different now than it did before.
I didn't really change my diet much. I started drinking my "secret tea" and cut out all soda and tried not to eat too much.
When I started drinking the hot tea again, the weight starting coming off again.

| Hot or cold, it doesn't matter. I drink that lipton iced green tea stuff...I try to like it--I'm just not very much of a tea person, though. But it works! |
| Elissa! You look wonderful! I'm so proud of you! I know what a struggle it is. I drink Arizona Diet Green tea, too. I love it. My weight loss has been a big surprise to me (down 39 pounds now), and I wonder if the green tea has something to do with it. Congrats, you gorgeous thang! |

As for the tea I drink both Hot and Cold. But the weight seems to come off more with the Hot Tea. I don't know why. lol I have been drinking Lipton's Green Tea with Cranberry and Pomegranate. It seems the Cranberry helps a lot with water weight gain.
Also the tea is very high in antioxidants (which is a good thing) Darcy wrote: i think new bikini photos are in order.....

Those last 3 lbs have been a real pain in the butt. 
But as of this morning I am officially 1 pound away from my goal weight. Unfortunately pregnancy really changed my body as I still cannot get this one pair of pants on that I had no problem wearing at 110 lbs before I got pregnant. At 104 lbs I still can't get the zipper shut. I am starting to think that they shrunk....being that all the rest of my clothes that fit before...fit again and most of them are even a little loose.
Last week I did a big clean out of my dresser. I tried on all of my "thin" jeans. They all fit, but I hated the way they fit, way to high waisted and I HATE high wasted jeans as I have a very small upper torso. So Goodwill got a donation of about 8 pairs of jeans. Luckily for me... my very good friend Jen had gained some weight a few years back, so she gave me her old jeans. All of them are very stylish. They fit perfectly as we had had the same exact measurements!
Now I have to go through my closet as a lot of my "thin" clothes seem to be outdated.  Also most of my shirts seem on the short side with the lower waisted jeans.... So I guess it's time for some new shirts. |

LOL Actually, I did lose an entire cup size. I was hoping to lose some there, as I always had way more than I needed. My back is very thankful for that. |
