She just turned 8 weeks yesterday and I just cant touch her as soon as i do she bites and growls, What should I do?. I tried socializing with other dogs but one bit her and know she is terryfied of anything that resembles a dog. |

From what I've read and heard, puppies should be with their mothers until they are at least 8 weeks and some say at least 12 weeks. If someone sold you that puppy at 5 weeks old, they can be reported, I believe, in some states. Secondly, it's great that dogs get socialized but please be careful of which dogs you let her meet since she hasn't had all her shots yet. Personally, I would only get together with dogs you know are healthy and have had their shots. Don't let her sniff or go near other dog's droppings.
