| One of my pet peeves is when you pay for next day shipping, but they take three days to process the order! Especially when they don't tell you they are going to do that crap! Grrrrrr....... |
| I would so complain, and tell them you want a refund for the extra shipping you paid. Even if it is just a few dollars, it is the principle of the thing. |
| I've sent 3 emails, got an automatic reply saying they are experiencing high volumes of emails (surprised!!) and they hope to answer my email within 48 hours. The only number to call takes me to an automated thing that just gives the same info as the tracking on the site. Apparently it's going to be RE-delivered. Yea RIGHT. Booooooo |

I have to work this morning so even if they come I won't be in. It says on the site it will be re-delivered. I wouldn't mind but I waited ages to order this particular one from the company, they were out of stock for weeks. The depot is 7 mins drive away!!!! How can they take 4 days to deliver it??? |
