i dont know how different it is.....but here goes..
teaspoon of dijion mustard pinch of sugar salt and pepper minced garlic chopped cilantro dash of red pepper squeeze of lemon squeeze of lime olive oil blend....taste...add more dijion or any of the ones youre missing...sometimes i add a few tablespons of italian dressing...that seems to help.... |
Oooooooooooooh, I have the yummiest asian salad recipe with dressing. It's to die for! Made it for Mr. J when he first came to my parents house. My mom even loved it. Just dont' add the dressing until you're ready to serve!
2T butter 1 pkg dry oriental-flavor ramen noodle, crumbled&seasoning packet reserved 1/2C sliced almonds 2/3C (5oz) Evaporated Milk 2/3C vegetable oil 3T white vinegar 2T granulated sugar 2 pkgs (10oz) romaine-radicchio salad 4 green onions, sliced diagonally MELT butter in large skillet. Add crumbled ramen noodles&nuts; cook, stirring constantly, until noodles are golden. Remove from pan; cool. PLACE evaporated milk, oil, ramen seasoning packet, vinegar and sugar in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. COMBINE salad greens, noodle mixture, green onions and dressing in large bowl; toss to coat well. Serve immediately. |
