Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
 I just wanna drive over and pick it up already!! Do you think I can talk the UPS people out of it?? 
On another note--my BIL has been working security part time for Scholastic. They have to watch the Harry Potter shipment 24/7. That would be pure torture. To just sit there and stare at a shipment of books and not be able to read one! Oh, well...the employees get a free copy of the book once it's released so I guess that makes up for it. |

I called my other BIL who is a center manager with UPS. He said No way.  Actually, he said "Right now those things have more security on them than George Bush has in Washington!"  He did look it up though and believes it will be transfered to USPS and delivered that way...which is better because they get here earlier than UPS does!!

| Bummer... Danita and I are going to have to sit on the crossing bridge for about 2 hours to get to B&N to pick our copy.

| I reserved a copy at B&N to pick up at 9:01 am Saturday. But I was the local grocery store at 8:30 am Saturday and they had the book so I bought it there! Finished it at 10pm Saturday night.

| I wish I could still read like that!! My toddler is a little too demanding of my attention to share me with a book!! We ended up going out of town Saturday and missed the mail so I didn't get my book until Sunday late afternoon. I'm torn between wanting to hurry through it and wanting to take my time and savor the very last book!! |

Me too LOL! Part of me wants to wait until no one else is around and I can take my time and savor it. The other part of me read the last page first  I just had to know My stepson got to read my book as compensation for dog sitting this weekend, he was done before I got back Sunday night. |
