How much should an adult sheepie eat?

I just read a post regarding how much a 3 month old OES eat. Well how much should a grown sheepie eat? I don't want to over feed it or under feed it. I am having a hard time figuring this out. I don't think checking how much fat the dog has determines whether he is well fed. I believe having the right amount of nutrients and keeping the right weight and good health. Please help.
