He looks like a mix of some sort and I think I'll contact them again and ask if I could see him. Perhaps I can evaluate him as some of you know I do dog behavioural consulting sometimes.The word they used to describe him was hyper ..umm yup does sound like a sheepie. http://vancouver.craigslist.org/pet/363518489.html I'll keep you guys posted. | He looks like a Mix Marianne I would say beardie more then OES in him.
Hope you do check him out, he looks adorable and full of mischief, he probably only needs a good permanent home with someone devoted to a regular training routine with him & teaching him good manners. The fact this poor guy has had so many fosters, would be so confusing to him and he looks quite young to be through so many different homes.
