My customer service experience this week

This message will go in order from top to bottom.
I purchased a cell phone charger and clear hard case (not Leather) for my new phone...
This was the second message I had sent to them, the first I couldn't get the case to clip onto the phone, but finally realized how to clip it.

I am still disapointed that there is no screen protection though. But I am satisfied with the product.
I do have a question though. Is there a way to remove the the connector on the back?? I will not be using it that way and it is in the way.

If you think that you have received the incorrect leather case,
or if the leather case does not fit your phone,
please provide us with the following information:
1. What is the model of your phone?
2. What is the model # of the leather case that you received?
(There should be a label inside one of the flaps of the leather case.
Example of a model #: L-AU-8610-AC)
3. Are you using the original battery that came with your phone?
(Our leather cases will not accommodate the ultra extended batteries)
4. Your order # or item #.
Note: For most leather cases, if the tag inside the leather case
indicates your phone model, and you are using the original battery
that came with the phone, then you have received the correct
leather case.
Most leather cases are made to fit the phone very tightly. In most
cases, you would need to stretch the leather case to fit your phone.
For flip phones, always insert the bottom part of the phone into the
leather case first, then stretch the leather case a little to fit it into
the top part of the phone.

Me:
I had wrote back saying I do not have a problem with the phone
case. I figured that out. My problem is that I do not like the case has the connector on the back to for the belt clip.
I wanted to know if there is anyway to remove the connector as I
will not be using it with a belt clip and I am worried that the connector
will get caught on my purse.

The phone as you can see below from the order is an LG VX8500.
The case is the crystal clear case.

If you could tell me if that connector is removable, maybe it unscrews? On your site it shows a case without the connector clip

belt clip come off the crystal clear case for the LG VX8500?
If so how? Does it unscrew or pop out?

Now, mind you, all of these messaged were attached to the original order # and Item #. :roll: It's like talking to a wall.

BWHAHAHAHHAHAHA... I have so been in that circle before. I hate having to write big companies. I end up just emailing every department w/the same dang question.
The people at the other end are saying"lets see how long it will take for this women to get ticked, or give up".
hahahaha...I hate hate hate customer service!!!! There is NO service!!
I'd writ'em back again and include a pictue of the case you ordered that showed no clip attachment, and a pic of yours with a clip attachment. Play it as a game now, don't get frustrated.

In the end, you could start asking them how much more money they'd like you to send for the extra clip attachment. When they finally realize you got something extra, and they tell you to keep it with their compliments, you can say: "AHA! See? I want the one without the extra attachment, like you advertised."
