OES breeders in Canada??
 I know I have ton more research before I commit to another dog. I already have a collie.

A quality puppy from a reputable breeder is going to be around $1500 - $2000. Save up! 
There's lots of info here about what it takes to maintain an OES and their coat. Read up!
There are lots of dogs needing to be re-homed though, you might want to consider that route. Rescue up!

| Hi, there. I volunteered with the Collie Rescue Network in Canada for a while, and fostered a few collies for them. What beautiful regal animals.
Similiar in some ways as the OES, but different in many others. There are OES breeders in Canada, both good and bad, You certainly don't want to get a puppy from the closest breeder, strictly because there are close. You need to make sure they are also reputable.
