| I'm so sorry to hear about Henley. Here's a link that might help:

If you tell us where your friend lives, maybe we can find an OES rescue organization in the area that can help out if your friend has to make that hard decision to give Henley up because they can no longer care for him. | I have spoken to my friend about finding a home that can care for Henley. She is heartbroken about his illness, but feels her plate is too full to be able to devote the time Henley deserves. She would be interested in seeing if anyone was able to take in this wonderful dog. We live in Las Vegas, NV. Would be willing to drive almost anywhere to find Henley a good home.

This one doesn't have a rescue for Nevada but mabye the CA one will do? http://www.neoesr.org/oes-nat.htm These are Las Vegas contacts: http://www.shelterdog.org/nevada.htm There's only one that takes OES: Patti & Dean Pickerd. There's a link to a web page but it doesn't work. I'm also on a mailing list for OES and I will ask them if they know of any organizations in your area.
