I'm all ears....
As long as you're only eating 1 lean cuisine, weight watchers, or meal like that... I don't see how someone wouldn't lose weight after awhile. :)
personally, I think these frozen dinners are much better in the long run than replacement shakes or bars. When you see exactly how much (or really, how little) a portion of food is and how many calories it contains, it allows you to better judge for yourself your portions in the future.

That being said, they don't always have enough vitamins or nutrients that you need (if that's all you're eating), so you might want to add a multivitamin or enhance it with a salad (a plain salad, not one with cheese and ranch dressing, etc). It'll help you feel full longer too.

Also, be careful because they aren't really the most nutritious--they have a lot of sodium and they sometimes have trans fat or a high saturated fat ratio. Make sure to read labels--check portion sizes.

Losing weight comes down to calories. If you are taking in more calories than your body can burn, you'll gain weight. If your body burns more calories than you are intaking (either through diet and/or exercise) then you will lose weight.

I am a fan of moderation and of preparing my own food and exercising, but the frozen foods can be a good way to jump start your diet.
After awhile they begin to taste alike, but are great for portion control!! Most people take too large a portion. Yes, the sodium is a bugger, way, way too high. So drink plenty of water to wash it out.

Don't forget the vegetables. You can cook up some vegetables (avoid corn and peas though) and toss a salad (only one tablespoon dressing if that!) and you can eat well.

Fruit too, your bowels will thank you.
If I were to try to loose weight, I would use the frozen dinners too, just for 1 meal though. Eat a good breakfast, high in fiber to help keep you full, for lunch I would eat a frozen dinner, eat a piece of fruit or some carrots for lunch, and for dinner some veggies and lean protein. I would drink LOTS, and LOTS of water. Don't cut your calories by too much too quickly. If you want to maintain your weight loss, you have to make a life change. By adding exercise to your daily routine (even as little as 30 minutes), eating correctly, and drinking plenty of water you will be on your way to getting to your goal weight, but also once you get there, will help you maintain it.

Good luck and stay healthy!
Eat frozen veggie burgers! They are good for you and filling.
Weight Watchers is a much better way. Eatig frozen dinners may take the weight off but you need to learn how to eat properly to KEEP IT OFF. Otherwise you will just put it right back on when you start to eat regular food again.

VEGGIE BURGERS MMMMMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMMMM GOOD!!!!!

Lol. That's assuming that you ever eat more than frozen dinners. I don't know what I'd do without 'em!

James eats about six foods: hamburgers, pizza, steak, potatoes, peanut butter and hot dogs. Maybe an occasional chicken breast or pork chop. He only eats foods absolutely plain, with no flavor, no sauce, no seasoning. If I cook anything for him to eat, I won't eat it because it's so bland. So, other than barbecuing, we usually make our own meals. I'll cook occasionally but it's much more convenient for me to just eat frozen meals-- not just boxed ones, but veggie burgers and better stuff. I don't care much for junk but it's really all James wants to eat. Did I mention his all time favorite restaurant is Burger King?

So, in a nutshell, poor me!
hahahahahaha!!
Poor Jill!

You guys sound kind of like us...Cam will only suggest a certain number of foods to eat (tacos, burritos, chinese, spaghetti)...although he LOVES sauces and spice...but he could easily live off of those 4 dinners forever. And when I make him dinner and we're watching tv and a Taco Bell or some other food commercial comes on, he's like Homer Simpson and is like MMmmmmm, Burgers...
