I'm think it's been a long time, they must have been in touch by now. No they haven't yet actually, my vet expects to hear back from the cardiologist at Guelph by mid June. |

I'm think it's been a long time, they must have been in touch by now. Um.... actually I am not curious at all about the test results. I KNOW that my puppy Scarlet whom I got from Stacey is perfectly healthy. What surprises me is all the questions about something that is really no one's business. JMHO |

JMHO I'm ok with it... it hurts to see it being dragged up again .... it was very sad... but I am confident in the decisions I make, and confident in my vet who feels it is from being laid on. However, if it was genetic it would not affect the rest of the litter, they are healthy and have healthy strong hearts. It would however change my future breeding decisions. I sent her to a specialist to ensure we know what we are dealing with, so that I can make future breeding decisions accordingly, but I am also confident in the decisions I have made so far |
I think only Daisie asked but perhaps maybe the tone came off funny? I don't think she had any malicious intentions but, ultimately, it's up to Stacey if she wants to share. I'm sure no one here really cares how it happened, just sad that it did. |

I'll be honest. I'm curious. But of cource it is up to Stacey who and what she shares information with. The reason why I am curious is because I have heard of these accidents happening, but also heard that it is highly doubtful. It is like other medical information that we share here on the forum, as far as I am concerned. If you go through the Rainbow Bridge thread there are so many people who have shared the health stories about their dogs who have passed on, and I for one, have learned a lot. Stacey did mention here that it was being looked into, so I assumed that she was planning to share the results. But I can certainly understand if Stacey prefers to keep it to herself. Very senstive area, for sure, and I didn't think that Daisey meant any malice. I am sorry, Stacey, that it is being dragged up again, in this way. I am sure that it still hurts, and you do not deserve that pain. Perhaps a PM from Daisey would have been more appropriate. |
I think this topic would be better served here in the Medical section rather than the condolences area. |
I admit that I was also curious, but was not going to mention it at all unless Willowsprite brought it up herself. |
The answer is "No. No news yet." |
