Ticks!

This summer is shaping up to be a horrible season for ticks in our as areas--we've found 6 over the past four days or so on our new puppy. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on what to do (Frontline vs Triforce, etc.).

Thanks !

We use Frontline year round.

All I can say is, I am so happy that Alaska does not have ticks. Sorry, that was not helpful. Just the thought of them makes me weak. :(
Join the tick club! It has been a HORRIBLE year so far, and we've only just begun. I also use Frontline, but the little buggers still try to attach to Oscar. However, I have not seen one embedded yet, so I'm thinking that the Frontline is doing its job, and once the tick gets a tasty bite of the toxin, they just back out. The problem is, ARE THEY FALLING OFF IN MY HOUSE? 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O

I get the willies just thinking about it..................
