SheepiePalooza French Quarter and Parade!!

Our next destination was Soulard, the St. Louis French Quarter. We went first to Pets in the City for a short social before the parade.

Thanks soo much for sharing. All the pics are great! I want to give everyone of the sheepies huge hugs and get some big water bowl kisses!
The Sheepie Parade began at 5:00 and while we did not have many spectators I think we were a lovely sight. I did ask my parents to come watch and my girlfriend brought her three young kids to watch as well. We passed two outdoor eating areas on the way and there were some kids at the pizza parlor that were happy to see the dogs. Our grand marshall was the admirable Miss Chummie.

Val, Maggie and Chummie lead the parade:

The parade resumes. Here is Sheepie "cousin", Max the Bearded Collie who joined the fun of Sheepiepalooza:

I posted a few pics to the Sheepiepalooza album. The upload speed here at the hotel is really slow, so I'll post more when we get home.
Great narration and pics, Judi! I'm impressed that you could stay awake to do all of that last night!
All the pictures looked amazing! Thanks for takin the time to post them so early on. Really looks like a good-looking bunch and that we missed out!

Harrington has two good looking brothers!!! :)

Glad the weather Gods were on your side!

It was hard to follow along on a few pictures because many of us don't know real names... so I guess those people will just remain a mystery 8)
Wow! Fun! Fun!
Great job on the pics!
Have you noticed that ALL of the sheepies look SOOOO HAPPY and are just smiling!
Looks like about 13 sheepies?
What nice pictures!! I am so happy the weather was nice. I love the pic of Simon running with the sheepies, too cute :hearts:
Looks like you guys are having the most fun ever at a sheepdog event! Thanks for all of the great photos too!!
Thanks for all of the pictures! It really makes me wish we were there too.
Carley is still not great on a leash but she would have had fun with all of the other sheepies. I have always thought that people who are owned by sheepies are a special breed. These pictures really prove that. Have fun!!!
Awesome pictures! I'm so glad the weather agreed with you guys. It looks like everyone had an awesome time. I'm sorry I stayed home now. :(

I couldn't decide which witty remark to make, so I offer them both for your enjoyment:

1) Does it count as "attendance" if you are locked in?
or
2) Just what every sheepie wants, a little boy of his own!

Great pictures!!! Great Narrative!!! Great Caesar's Ghost! It's SheepiePalooza!
Great pics! Looks like the whole event is going along wonderfully :)
What a blast! I'm so happy the weather was nice for everyone yesterday!
Okay, my comment about the good-looking Harrington boys was made before all the pictures were made into different threads. It was in reference to this pic (thought I'd post so the comments would match up more instead of seem so random).
