SheepiePalooza Shopping Game, Lunch and Yappy Hour!!

Across the street Jon and Cristin were eating with Callie and Lambda (Pug) at Culpeppers. Apparently there were quite a few sheepie groups at Culpeppers:

| At 2:30 was Wolfgang's Pet Stop for yappie hour and the game drawings.

| What a FUN time! All the pictures of the dogs and "humans" make me feel like we are right there.... How I wish we could have joined with Max - it would have been wonderful for him to give hugs and kisses to say Thanks for all the well wishes he received.

| Amy and Jim didn't tell the story so I guess I have to. They came about ten minutes after we did. When we got there we asked if the resturant had an umbrella because if was sunny on the patio. They brought out this HUGE umbrella and set it up between the tables. Amy and Jim came and sat near us and while we sat and talked this poor women was walking up the steps and lost a shoe or just tripped, and fell. She was ok (Amy told me later that she also got locked in the bathroom). Our food came and as we sat, talked and ate this wind came up and lifted the umbrella HIGH into the air where if hovered for a minute and then tilted and came crashing down. Luck was with us still and no one was hurt. Jim and Amy were now in the sun so they switched tables to be in the shade. The waiter was bringing out their food and tripped on a lantern that had fallen when the umbrella had crashed...food and waiter went flying, again no one was hurt including the waiter. Because no one was hurt we were all joking about how we are bad luck and Randy joked about dinner theatre. I know, BBAADD. |
| Even funnier - we were at Culpeppers across the street eating. We hear the huge crash - look over and see the big umbrella on it's side. Then a few minutes later, we hear another crash - like breaking dishes! We were really wondering what you guys were doing over there!!! |
