I love the Stuff. I use it regularly for line grooming. I've bought a lot of different coat conditioners and I really like the Stuff the best. It's really light and non-greasy. However, don't use it if you plan to show because it really does soften the coat a bit. |
"The Stuff" is great, Mr. Groom Mink Oil is great too.
Ooooh hard times ahead with the matt fairies & coat change. |
You are not alone Obe turns 10 months the 31st and we are also dealing with the matts and the blowing of the puppy coat. We brush daily and Obe's coat is definitely taking its time. Just think after this one we still have one more coat change to go through. Keep brushing!!! |
thanks for the input, and keep on brushing I do and do. Luckly she loves to snuggle and out comes my brush. |
She sounds like a real sweetheart, you need to post pictures of her. |
Yes I do, have to get kids to help. I have tried but I am doing something wrong. Me cameras and computers I have no luck. I am also getting another oes pup in Aug Like they can not stop at one. |
Doing a thorough line brushing on a regular basis through the coat change helps a lot too. The whole dog though, not just a little bit now and a little bit later... about twice a week is what I do through the coat change. It only takes about an hour or so once you get into a routine, and can be very relaxing too. That way you shouldn't find any tumbleweeds floating around and it will keep any matting to a minimum... you'll get them out before they have a chance to really become mats |
