I give the Roomba company a 5 star rating for service. My unit had a series of mini strokes and started circling in the same spot making an odd little jingle sound.
When I called customer service, the rep asked me to hold the phone close to the Roomba so he could listen to it. Moments later he told me a software update that would take care of the problem would be on the way the next morning. It was, it worked, no charge! |
