CUTE SHAGGY DOG TO BE PUT TO SLEEP ON THURSDAY!
Laurie, I am sending you photos of a SHAGGY DOG MIX that I found out about this morning. This cute boy is NOT a Wheaten and WIN cannot take him in, as we have a high influx of purebred guys right now with heavy costs.. Chris Owens in Kingsport TN contacted me this morning and I am passing this cutie on to your "shaggy dog" rescue hands, as well as to Quincy, in hopes that one of you might have some people in the area. Chris says there is a volunteer in Abingdon, Kay Stewart, that could pull him - but TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE, as the shelter (which is rescue group unfriendly) puts down their holdings on THURSDAYS. | any update on henry?
It says this place is rescue unfriendly- so I assume they would not neuter/vaccinate before releasing a dog to a rescue? |

One positive response so far; Susan, Cant make any promises, but we do have a vol or two who pulls pets from Abingdon. We are asking if they will look into this boy~ Thanks, Tammy I so hope they can spring him! sue |
