Congratulations on your new puppy..... :cheering:
She is a week younger than my new pup.... Does your pup have any special markings? its something to consider when naming.... some names we considered..... Willow Raven Symphony Rhapsody Sonnet Daisy Petunia Freckles Smudge Guinness Chelsea You could just go with a nickname for the name too.....we named our puppy "Scarlet", her registered name is Lakesong's Rhapsody in Red...but hubby calls her "snicklefritz" |
Congratulations. Enjoy her, they grow up so fast. Of course you can prolong this experience by getting her a companion sheepie in about 6 months! |
Congrats on getting your puppy. I bet she is a cutie - we need pictures!!! |
Congrats! Can't wait to see a pic! |
Congratulations!!! Have you decided on a name yet?? |
Congratulations, see what her personality is like and maybe there might be a name there that inspires you.
I originally had a name picked out but when my last one arrived it did not suit her and she did not respond to it, we changed the name after getting to know her. |

You didn't happen to pick your pup up in Maryland, did you? |
We got her in Ohio. We took her to the vet tonight. She has an umbillical hernia. They are going to have to operate on it. She is so sweet. We took her to get a new toy after the vets and she has pounced on the rubber toy ever since we got home. She just went to sleep beside my chair. She will be 10 weeks old tomorrow. I took a couple of pictures with my phone but I am not sure how to transfer them to my computer. I will get my daughter to help me this week. |
CONGRATULATIONS! |
Congratulations on your new precious ball of fur! Have you picked out a name yet? |

Hope the surgery goes well....keep us posted. |
Congrats on your little furball!

Bosley had one, too, that needed surgury. They normally do it at the same time as the spay/neuter. Then there is only the need to be put out once... Did the breeder not tell you about it or was it just discovered? Bosley's was quite obvious at 8 weeks old. |
Congratulations!
Puppies for everyone! |
Carl had an umbilical hernia too. Had it repaired when he was neutered, so no problems there and like Nicole said, only had to put him under anesthesia once that way. |
