Delilah (Ch. To-Jo's Funtastic For Ewe) is NOT enamoured with it! lol Last night she was sitting in the kitchen floor about 2 feet from it, BARKING her head off at it. It had "gurgled" at her. She won't drink from it unless we are there with us. she runs around behind us, takes 2 laps, then hides behind our knees again. She is such a funny kid.......... The link didn't work Ali? |
We have one of those pet fountains for our cat---the first fe wweeks she wouldn't drink from it.
...then she got tired of licking the faucet in the bathroom and got thirsty. Now she loves it! Even plays with it at times...likes to stick her paws in it and splash a little. |
Josh,
Your cat sounds like a couple of mine....they also like to splash around. LOL I also have one cat that will dip his paw in and lick the water off of his paw. It is cute, but I don't see how he gets enough to drink. Stormi and co. |
be glad she didnt wreck it. we tried that with jack. he bit a hole in the top and all the water flowed out onto the floor. he then splashed around, got soaking wet, rolled in some dirt and demolished the jug by knocking its empty carcass off the bowl part. |
Gee, if three of them get together and dance about the gurgling water fountain this could make a great theatrical play.
Must be celestial positioning. The other nite at opera the principal soprano sang her most important auria standing in water that was gurgling around her feet...it wasn't suppose to be making noise. She sang louder so audience couldn't hear, but the cast on stage was having a hard time controlling themselves. Tummy rubs to D and the rest of the family |
Thanks Ron for fixing my website!
It has been a long week here. Helping another OES owner that has had a disasterous litter time. Then, we lost our friend and longtime OES friend Chris Boyer of Heathermist Kennels very VERY suddenly. All of this on top of my having a summer cold and my kitty having a bad cold. Now we are trying to ready our own whelping room in anticipation of Cassidy and Duncan's puppies next week. I'm already tired. Delilah has finally quit barking at the water bottle. But now she has decided to drag all of the blankets out into the back yard! If there is ANYTHING she can dream up she does! I just found half of my blankets from the whelping room out in the back yard. Now I have to wash them again. You can set a clock by this child. She gets up at 5 am, tells you when it is 5 pm to eat dinner and again at 10 pm to go to bed. And believe me when I say she TELLS you........ IN YOUR FACE kind of telling you! I'd love to see them doing the fountain dance!! I'll try to keep you all abreast of our litter with pictures........ |
