Beautiful day today so after I take the dogs for a nice long walk I decide to visit the "Unofficial" dog park thats really close to my house. I have never gone before and while there decided to explore for a while. Its really nice and I met another walker and we talked for a while, he had a little dog that Simon was really interested in. For some reason Simon likes little dogs. So then we head off going for the car but first I need to drop off the little gift that Simon left me. I head for the garbage can and notice another women that has two dogs with her. I'm not really concerned that Simon and Taylor head off in that direction. Drop the gift in the can and then I notice that the bigger dog is a black lab and he's heading toward my dogs, looking right at them with his head down. BIG warning bells start going off in my head, something is not right. First off the women is NOT watching her dog, busy chatting on the phone and that dogs head is down. Classic warning that the dog is not friendly. The dogs meet and sniff and then her dog tries to mount Simon. He tries to scuttle away but this dog keeps going for him. Finally stupid women notices and calls her dog. I get my dogs into the car and notice that the little dog is pooping and of course she's not noticing or just plain ignoring. I yell out that the dog just pooped and she says "I know". Well duh. I yell out there are bags over by the can and clean it up. If I hadn't said anything she was just going to leave it. Stupid women!!!! |

Good on you for saying something! Many people wouldn't have and she would have left it for someone else to "find" |
Those are the sort of people who ruin it for everyone.
It sounds more like she was just rude and inconsiderate...why some people bother to even pretend like they care is beyond me. |

Some people just shouldn't be allowed to have pets. These are the same people that ruin our chances to get those dreaded NO DOGS ALLOWED signs out of most parks!
