Bestest Zucchini bread ever.
2 (1oz) sq. unsweetened chocolate 3eggs 2C sugar 1C oil 2C grated zucchini 1.5tsp vanilla 2C flour 1t bakingsoda 1t salt 1t cinnamon 3/4C mini semisweet chocolate chips 350 oven grease 2 9X5 loaf pans REAL well. microwave chocolate until melted. Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth. mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla & chocolate. then mix in flour, baking soda, salt & cinnamon. add chocolate chips. lastly, fold in zucchini (helps c.chips from sinking). Pour into pans. bake 64 min or until toothpick comes out clean. serve with cool whip! |

I've said similar things to my husband when I first started to hear what ALL people put in bread.   |

I don't blame anyone... it DOES sound unappetizing. 
Tastes nothing like you'd expect though!! I'm sure your cake is delicious despite the name too. |
| This recipe sounds great, as it is the ONLY way to eat zucchini - with lots of chocolate!

| Chocolate Zuchini bread is the best. My sister and I loved it when we were little. My mom started making this because we wouldn't eat regular zuchini bread, and she always had tons of zuchini's from the garden. |
