Chewie just had a bath Monday (those pictures later) and we had dog classes, so I really wanted him to see. I dug through the hair stuff and found 2 bright orange holders. He was quite colorful. Do you know how hard it is to be at the store in the hair aisle and try to find boy-colored hair accessories!!?? Maybe this is a business opportunity I am missing! I likes this one, but the low light in the house was bad. Here he is outside playing with a toy the next day. They stayed in pretty well. This toy BTW, is very tough. I have had it for YEARS. It is made out of marine rope. The guy that made it uses "retired rope" from Lake Superior freighters. It is the only rope toy we have here. |

He looks awesome! How long do those stay in? |
Very handsome, hey what about black, blue or red ones There manly colours for sheepie boys.
Love his twin top knots. |
I put dual red barrettes in Clyde's hair the same way but I took them out because Darcy made fun of him. |
I like the pigtails!!! Looks great |
I'm not sure how long they would stay in - because he has "help" getting them pulled out. They easily stay in 2-3 days.
Chewie loves having his hair done - he just stands there and lets me do anything to his hair, put his t-shirts on, etc. He truly should have been born a girl!! I don't do the black ones anymore - he looks like he has 4 eyes! I had them in a couple months ago, and we were at dog school. We joked about the 4 eyes, so I put my glasses over the black pigtails. It was hilarious! We just about died laughing.... Needless to say, no more black pigtails. I do use red, green , blue, aqua and yellow. |
Hey dawn we need a picture of 4 eyes. |

That is a sight I just have to see. Chewie looks adorable. Rags does not like her hair up. As soon as I put it up she starts rubbing her head on the floor trying to get whatever it was off of her. |
Here is the pigtail eyes. I promised to post them! He is so silly - he just lets us do about anything with him. That's why we so wanted him to be a therapy dog too - he loves everyone and takes cruel and unusual hair styles in stride!

LOL that is hillarious, had to look quite a few times, kept thinking geez his eyes are up high on his head.
Does glasses make him brainier? He looks like a nutty professor. Very funny photo |
HAHA How funny! |
Ha ha ha ha! Poor Chewie! That's so funny though.

Jill, I made fun of him too... |
Dawn, that picture is hysterical! Good for Chewie for having such patience--he will indeed make a great therapy dog. |
LMAO |

I don't imagine when TDI passed Chewie that they ever dreamed he would be doing therapy at home! |
I love the four eyes photo!! Absolutely hilarious. |
