Sorry, I don't know of any breeders in Bulgaria. Who knows, though. Perhaps someone in Bulgaria who is a breeder or knows of one will see this in the next few days. 
In the meantime, Bulgaria is a LOT closer to the UK than it is to me! Is there no chance on bringing a dog to Bulgaria from the UK?
