22 Days Until the Wedding (Trial Hairdo Pics Added)
Everything seems to be in order for April 28 but I just can't believe how quickly the date came up now. Within the last week, it finally hit me! I really like the fact that we're going somewhere so it's also like looking forward to a little vacation, which I think adds to the excitement. James has his tux all set up, I just have to pick my dress up from getting bustled, food and cake are good to go and the pirate ship is waiting. Flowers have been ordered, photography is set (plus my photographer friend will be taking pictures, too) and our flight and room are booked. I think I've got it all covered. The furkids have reservations with their favorite dogsitters, who board in their home. They only take a few at a time and give the dogs all sorts of attention and exercise. At night, they take them to sleep over at their grandma'a house down the street from their place and grandma lets them sleep anywhere in the house that they want. She has a giant fenced in yard so they have lots of room to run and play. Sometimes I think they like being there better than at home! We have between 35 and 40 people coming to Vegas. There are still a few people trying to work it all out. A lot of our friends from work are coming and they're all in the same department so they're all trying to figure who who can leave, who has to stay and if maybe some people can come to vegas in shifts-- like one comes in for the wedding in the morning and another person will be in to hang out in the evening. So, we shall see. Right now, I just want to go and do it. Now that all the plans are made, I don't want to think about it anymore because it gives me too much time to overthink things that I think are missing! I promise not to bombard everyone with a zillion pictures when I come back.  |

| Deep calming breaths! I can remember how hectic the last few weeks before my wedding were. I found bubble baths were my one link to sanity! Huge hugs from me, and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful, romance filled ceremony!
and of course we expect tons of pics! |
| The only thing I'm worried about, and I know this is so silly, but my hair! My stylist here is great and she won't be with me so I had her do my hair here, take pictures and I'm taking those with me. I even offered to fly her out for the weekend from Phoenix (because she's visiting friends there that weekend) but there's some party that they have to go to that day already. I know it'll be fine, but I feel more comfortable with someone I know and trust! |
How exciting, Jill! I completely understand how you just want it to be over with now. It becomes a little overwhelming. I'm sure you will be beautiful! You better post a million pictures of a link to view a million of them! 
I'm so sorry that I won't be able to attend. The last few months have been a bit crazy around here. I'm usually a very reliable person, but I just can't do it right now. Have a wonderful time! We'll catch up with one another one day! |

And how is it silly to worry about??!?!? Outside of finding the perfect dress, HAIR and makeup were my biggest worries!!!! Everyone knows it's "REALLY" about the bride. Not that the groom isn't important, but there's a reason many people call it HER day.  
I hope you figure that out and your hair is beautiful the day of... I stressed SO much about that. I'm super picky too!!! And my hair is difficult! |

| Don't worry about it. I just read a article in one of my Bridal Magazines and it basically said its the little stuff that doesn't matter. You will be so excited to be married and in love that nothing else will matter but the two of you. Please post losts of pictures so I can cry over the internet. I always cry at weddings( even the ones that they profile in the magaizines) . Don't wory about a thing. I know it will be beautiful and I have my fingers crossed and I have crossed Breena's paws for you too. |

The lighting in the salon is really good and makes me hair look super red. It was freshly colored but nothing new. Red that red only lasts a few weeks though so it's much more subdued as it it fades.` |
