Water vs. wine

Water Vs. Wine

It has been scientifically proven that if we drink 1 liter of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than 1 kilo of Escherichia coli (E. coli) bacteria found in feces.

In other words, we are consuming 1 kilo of Poo. However, we do not run that risk when drinking wine (or rum, whiskey, beer or other liquor) because alcohol has to go through a purification process of boiling, filtering and/or fermenting.

WATER = Poo

WINE = HEALTH

Ergo: It is better to drink wine and talk stupid than to drink water and be full of crap.

There is no need to thank me for this valuable information; I am doing it as a public service.

I did read in a Readers Digest article last night that to be healthy you need one drink (alcoholic) per day. Either a beer or a glass of wine will do. It didn't say anything about water. :?
:lol:

But water makes me feel so good. It makes my skin feel alive and pretty. I drink a gallon or more a day. I have to due to medical problems, and I just hate the days I can't because I'm too busy.

Wine, on the otherhand... to drink an amount that makes me feel gooood is more than the recommended daily portion. A cup is a lot less than filling a wine glass all the way to the top. Or at least our wine glasses. :lol:
I only have one thing to say...

THANK GOODNESS FOR WATER FILTERS!!!!
I think most people are taking this too seriously. :roll: I truly think it was meant as a joke, since I copied it from an email I received.
what about sparkling grape juice? does that count?
Any post that contains the word "poo" is hysterical. I immediately knew it was a joke. Problem is, I don't like wine. Does scotch count????
Hummm, I like that theory. So much, that I am going to pass it on. :wink:
LMAO !!!! :lol: :lol:

Antoinette
I'll drink to that......... :rimshot:
It's obvious it's a joke and a forward from someone, but that doesn't stop a discussion from starting to what someone would rather drink every day! :D :lol:
Ah, another excuse to drink wine. :wink:

Actually, I believe it's 8 glasses of beer or wine and one water-based drink a day. It's a new study. It just came out after Chris posted. :twisted:
