It could be a loose tooth. Since it is red I would keep a close eye on it to be sure it is not an infection.
I froze a Kong full of peanut butter for Mojo when he was teething. |
Thanx for the advice. Breena just lost a tooth on the bottom. We were playing and she stopped and coughed out a tooth in my lap. Not the one that looked red but another one. I will keep an eye on the other tooth though. What should I be looking for if it is infected? |
Will she let you feel the tooth at all?
Is it wiggly? As far as infection goes, watch for the redness to get worse or spread. Also any swelling or drainage. And of course, check with your vet if you have any doubts about it. |
Thank you so much for the tips. I will watch to make sure that the tooth doesn't get infected. |
