Was it glued or not glued? I think the glued stuff is not easily salvageable, but I've heard it can be done.... |
If I remember correctly pergo is a floating floor not glued (we just put pergo down). I woul THINK you could reuse it, the only reason not would be if the floor it was on was not level and the flooring has warped.
We have already replaced a couple pieces of our floor because of dog nail scratches and it was quite easy. That being said, I am VERY dissappointed in the durability of Pergo. We bought the top of the line Pergo and it has been down less than a year. There are scractches fom the nail and a spot that was damaged by water. I would not put it down again. |
I'm going with Ginny on this one. As long as it is a click and lock floating floor, you could certainly carefully seperate the boards and reinstall them. I'm also disappointed in the laminate in my kitchen. Miss Iris has done a number to many of the boards, and they now need replacing after only 2 years!
I'm installing laminate in my two upper bedrooms (Where it is away from major moisture sources), but I certainly wouldn't do it in the kitchen again! Tile all the way!!! |
