Could someone give me a quick check-list of things I should look for/ask for in the breeder. I've heard some things about health checks--but how can I be sure that a breeder is being honest when they say that they have checked the hips, eyes, etc? |
Excellent question! You can check the hip and eye certifications on the OFFA website. You will need to know the dog's registered name.

Actually you don't need to know the dogs registered name right away, you can just check by kennel name also. There is a quick search, type in the kennel name and hit enter |
