St. Simon's Island

 Emily I was only on St Simon's Island once and it was during the Hurricane Frances of '04. We had taken refuge near there when Frances came a shore near Central Florida where we live. I don't know about camp grounds but we drove around the island and it looks like a really cool place. My interest had been one of my favorite authers was from there and based her books in that area. That auther has since passed away. Anyway, good luck and I hope you take pics. I do have some pics, but I'm not good at posting so they are in my "maybe someday I'll learn how to post" file. lol
