The two pictures were taken the day we picked her up: We dropped her off Monday morning at the vet where she got all of her shots and shaved down due to heavy, heavy matting. She has bilateral ear (yeast) infection, and an eye infection. She was spayed and at the same time had a hernia repair. While she was at the vets she had some antibiotic shots to help her fight any infection. Her bill with the rescue discount came to $575.06. So once again I am asking for any donations that can help pay for her medical treatments. You can either make a donation with paypal at oesrescuenetwork.org or you can mail them a check and just mention that it is for Johnnie. This is a picture of Johnnie after her surgery and grooming: After her stitches come out in 10 days she will be available for adoption. She is a big love. She loves to "Talk" to you, her whole booty wiggles when she gets excited and she will lick you like a carwash. She loves to be held and cuddled. She has not been housetrained so we are going to work on that during the next 10 days. She is not very big. She is 23 inches tall at her shoulders and only weighs 58 lbs. She is learning how to walk on a leash and is picking it up very good. If you are interested in her please go to oesrescuenetwork.org and complete an adoption application for her. This is a very sweet natured sheepie. |

So far Lucky and London are pulling out all their toys to try to impress Johnnie but I don't think she feels to good yet. |
I just donated! I hope she feels better soon! |
Valerie,
Thank you SO much for your very generous donation For Johnnie!!!! Sue |
Just sent a donation, she looks like a sweetie. |
Bless her heart. She looks so timid. Is she feeling better today, Wyn? |
Wyn, I just tried to donate via Paypal and Paypal needs an e-mail, not the website. Got a contact for me?
Johnnie looks like such a sweetie. I hope she feels better soon. |
Aw, she looks so sweet! |
Oh, she is SO sweet looking! I'm sure she'll have no trouble finding a new furever home. |
WHAT A CUTIE ALL SHAVED AND CLEANED UP. Aweeeeeee... |
what a tiny pretty thing she is!! I hope she gets the perfect furever home!! |
This is the link on OES Rescue Network to make a paypal donation:
http://www.oesrescuenetwork.org/ Scroll to the bottom and click on the "PayPal Donate" icon. This foster instead of being a playmate for London is more maternal. She is trying to take care of London like a mom would be for a pup. It is very sweet. We have discovered that Johnnie likes her comfort. She has taken over the recliner and loves to curl up in the seat of it. She is just a little Sweetheart. She hasn't had an accident in the house at all today so I think she is getting the whole housetraining. |
Oh, Wynnette,
You know what they say, sometimes you see one that really catches your heart. This little girl is so special. I wish I was ready to handle a third sheepie right now, or maybe I should say I wish I had already convinced hubby, who wants a puppy next time around, that we can handle three right now AND a puppy in the future . I know she'll find a wonderful home! Thanks again for all the care and love you have given all the rescues that have crossed your path. |
