Good Groomer in Eastern Kentucky/Southern Ohio

I am looking for a good groomer in the Eastern Kentucky/Southern Ohio/Western West Virginia area. As of right now I am keeping up with my puppy's hair but I know I will need some help once it gets longer because I don't want to have to keep him shaved all the time.

Also, I can't keep him still very long when I am trying to brush him. How do you get your dogs to stay long enough to brush them without getting bit?
