| I don't know if it is likely from only one time... but if I recall my biology classes the answer is it is certainly possible. I also don't know if 7 years old is too old for a Boxer. A good friend runs a boxer forum just like this one, you could try over at http://www.boxerrepublic.org/forums/

My sister was given two cats to foster for the Humane Society and just yesterday took them in to spay/neuter them. The female was found to be pregnant and the vet terminated the pregnancy during the spay surgery. It's not impossible but more difficult should you consider getting her spayed soon.
