Who is your favorite president, and why? From Washington to Bush, who has captured your heart? Or, if you are not American (or I guess you could be American and answer this too), who is your favorite leader of all time (from Caligula to Ghandi...) |

Reagan! I'm fond of him because of his character and person he is in general. He ended tthe cold war, lowered taxes, and built the country back into the #1 Super Power in the world

| I like Reagan too. He was the president when I was growing up and he just seemed like my grandpa...nice and warm, but still strong and full of beliefs.

| FDR. Got this country out of the Depression. He had polio but didn't let that handicap him. I admire his wife Eleanor greatly also. She was a great humanitarian. |
| Thomas Jefferson, for his support of liberty. He was a champion of the rights of states, preferring a limited federal government. He wrote the Declaration of Independence, supported the separation of Church and State and wrote a bill in Virginia establishing religious freedom. He made the Louisiana Purchase. He reduced the national debt by 30% during his Presidency. |
| Id say Reagan too.for the same reasons as steph and L....but I have a fasination with John Adams...the second president....I had to do a report on him in the 6th grade and for some reason have always had an affinity for him. |
Ah yes, those Massachusetts Presidents, and presidential wannabes. 
Adams essentially wrote the US Constitution, as it was closely modeled after the Massachusetts Constitution which Adams wrote. |
