| I wouldn't worry about tomorrow am, I would worry about tomorrow night with the snow coming.
Leaving to head up to NY around 5pm. Going to help Mandy/Maxmm load everything in the Garden around 9pm tonight and unfortunately will probably miss the the group competition tonight. But... Make sure you tune in because.. Haggis' Dad/Sire (Our Norfolk Terrier) won best of breed and will be on TV tonight! Woo Hoo, way to go Dickie! (Son of the famous Norfolk, Coco) Ch Cause For Celebration 
And Jill, Quincy the Komondor won today too and will be on TV tonight with Ernesto. |

| I thought I saw in a post a couple weeks ago that there
would be a live feed somewhere online of Westminster. Darned if I can find any - does anyone else have a link? Or am I mistaken and there isn't a live feed at all?? Shellie |

Shellie The individual breed judgings are being streamed but they're far from live-- and I say that with a tone in my voice because as of 7:45 p.m., they don't even have all the morning judgings up yet. Congratulations to Haggis' dad - that's incredible! Did Haggis watch it on tv with you? Does anyone (who isn't busy in NYC right now) know what it takes to get to Westminster? I'm sure it takes a lot more than just paying an entrance fee... but can't seem to find on the site what it takes. Is it by invitation based on previous winnings/points? Go Aida, Amneris, Suzi, Luca and Penny!!!! |

Both. The top dogs get an automatic invitation (I can't remember how many or how that is decided for each breed), then after all those spaces are filled, other dogs are invited. Many and Suzi were one of the lucky few to receive an invitation. |

| Ah, thanks ButtersStotch. I did find on the Westminster website that it's the Top 5 Dogs who are invited. Also, Westminster is the only Champion-Only dog show in the US, so that's another requirement - that they all have their AKC championship.
Some of the breed results from 9:30 am aren't online yet (1h45min later). Hopefully someone will contact a forum member or post when the OES breed judging is done.... I can hardly wait! |
