What a bone head that guy is for doing it! 
Billy thought it was funny. He walked out of here with tears in his eyes from laughing so hard. But he also said that the collar is cruel and he would never put it on a dog. |
| It bothered me to watch even after the third time viewing it. (first 2 times, i didn't hear anything b/c it was still downloading)
I am not totally against shock collars though.  |

| I can't even watch Jack(butt) the movie without feeling the need to barf from their stunts. Not the "gross" ones, but I get really sick seeing people hurt themselves. ...esp. boxing, fights, etc. If it's fake (stunt, actor) then I don't. |
 Okay I found it pretty funny too, though not as funny as Billy did. |
| yeah, ive seen it live...in san diego where we stay, a guy has a teacup poodle....who wears the shock collar....anyway brian and i thought it was cruel, but the owner said it wasnt that bad.......he took it off the dog and put it around his neck....lo and behold...it hurt...he got up, got another beer and didnt come back out with the collar..........
i have to say that we all laughed pretty hard....... |
The ones I've seen are for dogs that are at least 20lbs.  |

| saw that on american's funniest video.. they even won $10,000.. the host asked the owner of the shock collar if she used it on her dog after her nephew made the video... and she was like "welll...." and laughed. so i guess she didnt learn from this.

| Well, if she kept it on a low level, I'm not sure what she should have learned from it? He didn't have much of a reaction but reacted at level 1/2. If he was sent to the hospital then I would take that as a lesson. imo |
