Good going Jean Woo Hoo Well done Duchess. |
That's great!!! Glad to hear things are going well |
Settle sounds like a great command. How do you teach it? |
Go Dutch....this is your first step to taking over the world! |
Way to go Dutch!
I was wondering what "settle" is too! |
when we are walking and she pulls I stop and say settle , when she stops pulling I tell her she's a good girl and we continue walking , hopefully when she learns it well I will be able to say settle to her when I want her to calm down on or off leash |
jean wrote: she sits, stands, downs, settles and walks pretty good and I'm not to bad at it either Wow! Way to go, Duchess and Jean! It is a lot of work for a little puppy to learn stuff, and for a little's puppy's mommmy to teach stuff Glad you are both coming along fine! |
What a star pupil We are really looking forward to our classes. |
I like the "settle" command...In our class they teach "easy" but its basically the same thing...I guess it doesn't matter which word you use, the point is to be consistent.
Good luck in your m"continuing education". |
Yay Dutchess! What a smart good puppy! I think it is wonderful that you two are enjoying this activity together and it is going to be so great down the road. . . |
