| Congratulations Jean! I think its a great idea to continue. The dogs loves to ahve something to do and the training can't hurt either! Mayve you'll get into the obedience trial competiton? its loads of fun!

| when we are walking and she pulls I stop and say settle , when she stops pulling I tell her she's a good girl and we continue walking , hopefully when she learns it well I will be able to say settle to her when I want her to calm down on or off leash |

| I like the "settle" command...In our class they teach "easy" but its basically the same thing...I guess it doesn't matter which word you use, the point is to be consistent.
