I contacted Liz (the owner) and told her to contact the OES Rescue person for her area, Pam Henry. She had alreadfy contacted her and was told that they wouldn't take her because of her age. Heather, It doesn't sound strange to me, at least for around here. I am not a big fan of the OES rescue organization here in California. They would rather take younger dogs as they have better chances of adoption. |

| I think it expired because it was posted 1/23 and but the current list only goes back as far as 1/24. There are currently 3 listings for OES in West Virginia, Illinois, and Wisconsin. |

An older dog needs a home just as a younger one - imagine how confused an older dog must be when displaced after being at one home for so long. If I could I'd have another sheep in a minute and she would probably be an older one. |
