| You are not allow to sell animals on ebay, and they are technically selling their dog's service/dog (temp), so I would say yes.
I just sent the seller a letter. 
At least they've shown how much they love their dog.  |

| I just went through the channels at Ebay. I couldn't figure out where or how to send a written complaint. Is Ebay going to be responsible for any unwanted, unadopted or unhealthy puppies? This is horrible. |

Did you see that big red "warning" at the bottom - "Serious inquiries only - anything else will be turned into e-bay for harrassment" posted by the seller.

Maybe if we contacted them about this, they would have some ideas.... I have a feeling nothing can be done. |

| I've reported auctions in the past and Ebay has been very responsive. But that has always been for animal auctions. Ebay is blocked at work, but can someone check Ebay's list of things that can't be auctioned? Perhaps stud service is allowed???? |

I just tried to file a complaint and got a message saying the auction number is no longer valid. Hoping that means they got the boot!  |

Both located in Roxboro NC Looks like his daughter in ebay listing and in his myspace pics, and I see his daughter being held by a woman in his pool and her name is Erica and shes in roxboro NC too. So it looks like it is Ryan and his wife Erica Intersting tidbit "Contact me on AIM Nimphojr or Yahoo messenger Ryan_Kell" His profile says hes going to guilford college So lets google ryan guilford roxboro, NC Seems that he plays a little football, this Ryan Wilson http://www.guilford.edu/athletics/footb ... ilson.html Same picture as in his myspace profile. How do you complain to ebay? Funny, they must of put this up after they received a bunch of emails. I found this link on another dog list so I'm sure they must have gotten a bunch of emails. I wrote them a not so nice note too asking if they did all the appropriate breed tests including hips plus I also asked how they would feel if their pups ended up in shelters. Aargh, this makes me so mad. I hope nobody contacts them seriously about it. |

| I think it is a no win situation. Anyone who BUYS a stud service on ebay is just as irresponsible as the person who sells the stud service. So there is no intelligent party to appeal to. |

I loved Carnivale, but they stopped after 2 seasons. |
