I think it was right after the township took that credit card away from that official who was buying bayonets, underwear and toothpaste with township dollars. After that, we finally had enough funds to lay that one lead pipe down to the bay so we could hook up the hand pump.

| anyone adopting him? i just saw him on petfinder and then followed up on oes to see if anyone posted about him. $20 TO ADOPT! Wow! He's in an animal control, that can't be good. |
