Omega 3 Fatty Acids - Can dogs take human pills?

I don't know about the Omege - 3 but my vet often prescribes human vitamins or other OTC (like Beano  ) for our dogs. |

I use Natures Bounty 3 & 6 from Rite Aid. The dogs love them, they think they're treats  |
