Who Lives Near Tampa, FL?
 , boss and another manager are going as well. I'm hoping I could ditch them and hang out with some sheepies.

| Well, I leave for Tampa tomorrow and will get in around the dinner hour if all goes well. Sandy Sheepie has so kindly invited me over for dinner Wed eve. On Thurs before my meeting, we'll go into town for lunch and then to a scrapbook store! I just love meeting new people with sheepies!!! Looking forwarding to meeting up!
Hopefully, my luggage will come with me unlike Steve's who's luggage didn't get on the correct plane and arrived some time during the night. He's on a one day business trip to Kentucky. He rarely travels and of course it's the same week as me. The pups are mighty confused! |

| Yeah, I see him quite a bit actually. He finally just moved down there permanently in the last few years. He used to go back and forth between Michigan. For some reason, he still loves the road trip so he's up here every couple of months. Airfare is cheap but I can't spend more than aa day or so with him so I don't go down there unless I have somewhere else that I have to me. Then I just tie the visit into my plans. It provides me with an out.
Growing up he was a terrible dad but about 8 years ago, he had an epiphany and now he's just crazy instead of crazy and a jerk! No, he's ok but, believe me, he's like no one you've ever met. Eccentric doesn't begin to scratch the surface! he got married again a couple of years ago and his new wife is great with him. She helps a lot! |

Stacy - update on the weather, it is now 67 and sunny outside....it will get into the 70's but there is a small chance of rain. Better than snow any day  ! Heard your temp was something like 2 ? Brrr...

Poor Steve. I hope he's able to come back in town tonight without being too delayed. Jill, I don't know how old your Dad is, but maybe there is still hope for a relationship with my Dad down the road. Right now, nope. |

I hope you dont mind me sending a PM...I just keep thinking about your situation with your Dad, and wondered if you would like to talk about it w/someone non-publicly. Im considering writing to Butterscotch for the same reason. My family is INDUSTRIAL-STRENGTH nuts, and its hard to talk about it here, because no-one can be objective...my husband refers to my sister as "The- Source- of- All- That- is- Evil" for instance   not that I disagree, its just that I still love her in spite of her being....um...what she is Anyway...let me know!

| I'm got home from Tampa on Friday evening. A huge thanks to Sandy Sheepie (Meg), her hubby, son and Sam for entertaining me. Meg picked me up from my hotel and drove me back to her home for dinner. She said the drive wasn't far, but it sure seemed like a trek to me . Her house is BEAUTIFUL!!! Thanks again, Meg!!! |
