Hello!
I am new to this board. I have an almost seven-month old OES who has become the newest member of our family. His name is Max and we got him last August when he was eight weeks old. I am amazed at how he has gone from 11lbs to about 60lbs in what seems like the blink of an eye. I think he still thinks that he's tiny because he's forever finding himself stuck in places he used to be able to get in and out of without a problem. And, even though he now out-weighs them, he likes to sit and stand on the kids if they are lying on the floor. Max is my second OES. I had a wonderful boy named Manfred when I was a teenager. I have never forgotten how loving and fun that baby was and have wanted another OES for the past 20 years. Now I have Max and he's everything I could have asked for. He wants nothing more than to please us. He's loving, playful and a total ham! As soon as I figure out how, I will post a picture. I should have taken one of him earlier today when he finished digging in my flowerbed. By the time he was done, I was calling him "Black Beard!" |
