Anybody in PA?

| Animal abuse laws and penalties are such a farce. It is a national disgrace. |
| This is very sad, there was another seizure recently. In this home it was a elderly couple, I think the woman had either become sick or had passed and the husband was left with all these animals to take care of. The "officials" said they weren't planning on pressing all charges possible because of the gentlemans age and the situation. Has anyone else in the Harrisburg Pa area heard about this one??? |
