|
I just got mine today. Geez...I didn't know Darcy was really Audrey Hepburn reincarated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ron, thanks for the very sweet note! |
Ron,
Thank you for the very nice note. I appreciate it more than you know. Thanks again and Merry Christmas to you and Saint Joan and Mulligan! |
Darcy, OUR own little star |
I just love that photo!!! It's one of my favorites. Great choice Ron!!
Marianne and the boys |
Ron's card rocked. I was really scared to open it because I thought it would feature "the tick picture." I was pleasantly surprised. The note was thoughtful and the caption was great. Thanks Ron, Joan and Mulligan! |
I thought it was awesome too
It's a gorgeous photo... Darcy, supa-star! Now we should maybe include Tove's hubby's artwork of Darcy on the toilet picking out Panda's eye-boogers? |
go figure....supa-star one day...
toilet sitting booger picker another.... story of my life |
I really love the card too. Thanks for the personal note as well. |
So you did use the booger picture for your card! |

I really enjoyed your card, too, Ron. It was so creative, like you, and such a thoughtful personal note included. It is very much appreciated. |

Ditto!! Merry Christmas Everyone |
I'm glad people are enjoying them. I've always loved that picture, and I think that the printer did a really good job. THANK YOU DARCY FOR ALLOWING ME TO USE YOUR PICTURE, AND WWWOOOF WUFF ARFF PANDA! Without telling everyone what they are, did everyone like the inside pictures too? (I'll post them in another day or two -- give the post office a chance to hit Alaska. )
I do need to work on my penmanship, eh? It used to be really really bad, now it's just really bad. I write so slowly so there's a chance that I can be understood. My notes to myself are printed not written, and that can be read by most people, but it was a special occasion, and I thought that I should let everyone know how happy I am to know you all. Very happy. Joan thinks I shouldn't have used the address labels. I'd be writing them in April! |
Thanks Ron and Joan for the lovely card.
Darcy and Panda are a great choice for the cover. Loved the pictures inside too. Ron, thanks for the personal note it was so thoughtful of you. Your handwriting is fine, don't worry Ginny and I have no problem reading or transcribing it. However the Doctors orders for the tick incident were a challenge. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and Joan and Mulligan! |
You crack me up Joan!!!!!!!!!!!
No only can I read a Dr's handwriting but I READ CARDIOLOGIST's handwriting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I love the card. I got it last night and I think it is awesome. It was so nice of you to personalize it. |
By popular demand, here is the inside of the card I sent this year.

awwee. I didn't think I'd ever get your card (because I was so excited for it), but it came today!!! You're so sweet! Thanks for the nice note. Your hand must REALLY be tired with all the writing you did. Good grief. What a great place you have made for us to come to!!!
I hope you don't get sick of those almonds like I have those jellybeans |
Just got mine too, and I must admit, Ron, I was impressed! All the pictures are great! I'm assuming the one on the bottom right is Mulligan, right?
It was also very thoughtful of you to write personal notes on all of them. I know I appreciated my note so much - thank you, kind sir! |
Maybe next year, we can get 100 people on the christmas card list. |
I was fully expecting to open the envelope and find a picture of the Tick Bite and that nice shade of red, then that would of made people turn green, christmas colours red and green LOL.
Thankyou Ron, joan and Mulligan, the time you spent also writing a personal note was very special too. Beautiful card and one to treasure always. Have to also say a HUGE THANKYOU to Drezzie's Mom, Chris, you did a fantastic job of getting the list out to everyone, even with the later additions, the time and effort there is truly appreciated and made it all very easy for everyone to send off christmas wishes. Hope you are in charge next year, we need your skills at compiling all the info. Best thing was the user name it helped so much to cross check who it was from. Your the best Chris. There still coming in, only one more postal day in Australia to go before christmas We get christmas a Whole Day Earlier then you guys It's nice being ahead in time. Thanks everyone so far, it truly has been a wonderful, joyous time with all the cards. |

Aw, shucks, thanks Lisa and to everyone who has thanked me!! It was a fun project, and I'm reaping the benefits with all the cards, too!! And the best part is, the list is ready for next year! Just have to make any corrections that may happen, and add new people. I'm sure, with all the talk of how great the cards are this year, that we'll have additions to the list next year!! Woohoo! Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Happy Kwanzaa, and Happy Anything-Else-You-May Celebrate!! |
Ron's card was not only beautiful, but taking the time to write a personal note was really amazing. Thanks so much! |
