butter leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce ripped up black olives artichoke hearts (in water) roasted red peppers (in water) marinated mushrooms sliced red onions cherry tomatoes cut in half you can add pepperoni, turkey, and prochuitto (i dont) dressing..i cheat Geraurds champagne dressing dijon mustard chopped shallots mix all together I mix dresssing with dry stuff about an 1/2 hour before serving and leave at room temp.....let it all soak up together.. |

thx, sue I buy that kind...I can get at either of my two local chain grocery stores...and my mom buys it in Arizona. You will probably be able to find it. Otherwise another light vinaigrette would probably work...Darcy would know  |
| any type of really good italian dressing will work...geraurds is just super yummy....
on a side note ..they have THE best chinese chicken salad peanut dressing! |
| Giraurds is super yummy. If we can find it in Virginia, I'm pretty sure you can find it in NJ...It is a triangle-shaped bottle and the champagne vinaigrette has a gold label. |
