recovery time i hate to remove his testies but what options do i have ? |

Fozzie recovered in no time! He didn't even realize he had surgery. The vet told us we would need to make a concerted effort to keep him quiet and to separate him from Annie so he could lay low. |
Our's have not even noticed it - apparently. They were their usual selves as soon as the anesthesia wore off. We had to make a special effort to keep them quiet for a few days.
Good luck to Benji - for a speedy and uneventful surgery and recovery. |

Why? I promise he won't miss them. Is there really a reason you don't want to do this? (Aside from a bit of discomfort, and it really is very routine.) Shellie |
Can I ask the reason why you are ?
its just that Ollie is trying it on all the time with our Collie and yesterday a dog in the park !!! am wondering if I need to do something ? |
I think , like anything of this sort, it's a matter of dog-to-dog. Like people, every pup has its own threshold and tolerance level. Walter was a bit slow for about a day or so, and slept most of the time. After that, he was right back to his old self.
The interesting thing in my mind is that he had a worse reaction to his first two rounds of vaccinations than he did to his neutering. They will tell you to try and keep the dog quiet for a few days. HA! Do your best to keep them out of trouble, and from licking/scratching the stitches or scar. Good luck! |
